I have this weird bumpy rash on the back of my hand.

Okay, so I have this weird rash on the back of my hand between my knuckles. At least… I think it’s a rash. They’re a bunch of little bumps. They’re kind of pink, and they don’t hurt, itch, or burn or anything of the sort. I haven’t been doing anything different with my hands or anything, so I don’t know what it could be. I did go canoeing in the fox river in Illinois last week… Is it something I could got from the dirty water? Or maybe an allergic reaction to a bug bite? I’ve never had anything like this before, I’m kind of worried… Anyone know what it is?

Sounds like some sort of spider bite but their usually very itchy. I doubt that you got any rash from dirty water if anything it would be some sort of vegetation most likely poison ivy but that usually a yellow itchy spot.

it might be poison sumac. That first shows up as a few random bumps with no pain then blisters.
