17 down is a no no! But lets just say that a 18-21 year old girl may not be on the same page you are at life. Opposite to that, a 26-28 girl might allready be ahead of you depending on how mature you are (since you have to ask what group of age you should be dating, I’m making the wild assumption that you probably haven’t solved some stuff from being younger)

So by this logic probably the “safe” area is 22-25′ish? Just so you know, I don’t think this is 100% true in every case. 28 year old girl can be childish and inmature, and a 18 year old can allready have figured out a lot of important things in life. So, to conclude it:
22-25 might be the safe area, while I would still recomend meeting people from 18-28 with precaution. Still 17 down is a no no!

At the end, age is not the only thing to consider! Compatibility and actual love might be even bigger variables!

Ash..listen to aanon..s/he knows what they are talking about lol. You go girl/guy (lol) I persoanlly if in his situation wouldn’t try for anyone younger than 23.

JUST CHILL MAN! It’s more about compatibility than age. Like someone? get to know em’… like REALLY know em’. 5 months, 2 years, whatever time you need just to hang out and realize what’s going on. Is she not for? Be direct and polite, and leave. We are not guilty for the feelings we cause on others, but we are guilty if we consent those feelings. Is she CRAZY!? Get another person involved. First, obviously, figure out how crazy she really is by asking friends, family, and/or professionals. Then, if she really is the one who would shop her pets head off out of anger, uhm… get someone involve. Not to get rid of her, but to help her! A close friend of yours or hers or both that could help her realize she needs to calm down.

I know I’m getting way ahead of everything here, but it never hurts to know a little! Just saying!

i dated a 27y/o when i was 19 he was kinda against it at first and worried about the age difference but i was young and in love, it was so wrong, he treated me more tlike his child. im 23 now and i still probs wouldnt date a 27year old, i think for me, 25 max
