more likely to be a vitamin or supplement than an enzyme uh a better person to ask would be a fitness instructor or a personal trainer

I wouldn’t use enzymes they are dangerous for this application.

Don’t know about enzymes, but I try to do the simple stuff before I even bother with stuff like that. Take a look at the way you “warm down” after a workout, if you are not doing it properly this may be the most likely explanation.

I read somewhere that the compression shorts and tops that nike, adidas, etc… sell can sometimes assist with recovery times, but I’ve personally never bothered with them.
