Give it some time. Time heals all wounds. Get yourself a distraction and in time you’ll wake up one day and realize you haven’t thought about him in a minute.

i started working in a job, and i made pretty new friendships and i am doing my best, but for a moment when i am driving back home alone . or before going to bed.. i get all the flash backs of the moments we really enjoyed and had fun together

That will happen for a while but in time it will get easier. Don’t put yourself on a time table. Just feel what you feel and keep pushing forward.

the best thing to do to forget someone is move on but at your own pace dont waste your time moping over them when you see them ignore them and try to erase them from your mind i know it seems impossible but in time they will dissapear

The best thing to do is make new memories and quit living in the past.
