I’ve been on a diet and its been great but today I
did not take in as much calories ( all I had was chicken and brocolii with white rice , and lemonaide and water for the rest of the day ) so I got hungry and decided to make a sandwich with a cup of chocolate milk .. Is that okay for me to do at this time ? Or should I not eat it :/ .?
