I joined judo like a month ago and I wasn’t experiencing much pain..the i missed some lessons and Thursday I went back.

Today its Saturday and my rib (its the one that sticks out on me on my left side) isn’t bruised but hurts..also i have pulled muscles all in my arms..I’m wondering what’s up with my rib and also how to make pulled muscles feel better.

Take a long soak in a warm bath with bath salts to ease your muscles and you have probably pulled an intercostal muscle (the ones between your ribs)
