I believe the things that make life worth living are the meaning of life. What makes your life livable?

Evolution is an invisible consciousness that moves ruthlessly toward its own ends, though not on a time scale perceptible by humans. Despite our inherent egos, human beings are merely another rung on a ladder that will ultimately end, on this planet anyway, with self-aware machines.

The ultimate goal of evolution and, thus, of any species on this planet, is habitation of the entire universe. The nature of a solar-based ecosystem is that a countdown clock is in place for the possibility of organic life on our planet. Think of the constrains and fragility of human life. We are not physically suited to fulfill evolution’s ultimate mission. Machines soon will be.

Humanity’s role on this planet is to create the machines that will complete the mission of evolution: “life” throughout the universe. These machines will create space craft and undertake missions to the farthest reaches of every galaxy.

Perhaps one day they will transport frozen human embryos to other planetary colonies and revive our species. Perhaps they already have. Or perhaps they will perceive us as a threat to their dominance, if allowed to regenerate. Then, they’ll turn on their creators and destroy all trace of us.

Have a nice day.

Hehe, trully innovative quest
I think that quest bears too many broad dimensions and no one did, or ever will answer it. I feel the appropriate quest to ask is here is “why r u thinking about the meaning of life” and here’s the answer to that provided by my friends at aristotle.net

http://users.aristotle.net/~diogenes/…

Enjoy!!!! :)
