Isn’t he being partial?

why could it be so?

why would this man (married), try to not allow this particular female to be apart of his group and keep her out of activates that he would be involved in? She seems sad when that happens. he seems happy to know when she won’t be around.the thing is she is rightly apart of the group. but he seems to not want her around. she’s not a bad person or annoying. most people likes her. but he has kept her away from engaging int he activities. and when she is involved, he seems upset.

its too much details to try and get into. it get tedious to type that much. just looking for a generalized reason why anyone would do that. several possibilities is ok to give.
