Can you take too many vitamins?

I’m not a big eater. Food doesn’t appeal to me. It takes a lot of preparation time and if not then it’s probably unhealthy. However I’m a big on working out. Which sucks because if you eat like a bird, you’re not getting muscle out of it. Lately I’ve been forcing more meals but mostly taking a lot of supplements to curve for what I’m not eating. I probably take 3 or 4 pills a day and recently found another I wanted to add. They all claim to be natural.
