Would like to make an electronic scorekeeper.

.8 inch numerical led display, controlled manually with a dial knob.

deadly simple would be a 10 position selector switch for each digit.
Eg 23 would need two switches.Then set of 10 leds for each switch.
They can be aranged in a circle or a bar graph type display.
