Someone help me.

I don’t know why, but I feel a lot of anger and rage right now.

I feel like punching something and screaming at the top of my lungs and I’ve no idea why!

I don’t even know what posting this will do for me! They’re just words on a screen! GAH! I’ve so far contained this feeling and I haven’t done anything yet, but it’s there! I can’t focus on my studies while it’s here!

I just feel like I need to hurt something or someone! I don’t like this feeling! GRRR!!

This isn’t some random desire for attention! And I’m typing the sounds because my body tenses and these growls and roars are echoing in my head!

Help me! What’s wrong with me?!

No nothing at all. I’ve realized that I’m going to have to become a nurse before I can afford to become a doctor, and I was even looking into some schools and info, but nothing drastic!

Even justthe factthatyour life goals have changed slightly it isstill affectingyou andyou are probably just pushing emotion away andit is tryingto get out try having rants on paper even the most trivial things like runningoutof milk whenyou want a coffee they all build up and concentrate on your breathing and trying to stay calm and letting your anger out in relaxed ways .
