Runescape players, I need help!

I’m becoming a member soon and I need to know what the best armor/weapon would be for me. I am lvl 99 f2p with 79attk, 79def, and 81str. I have already done quest to wear dragon and stuff. Once I become member im going to try to get the neitz helmet, but other than that what would you guys recommend? Also, i got 7mil gold to spend on my new stuff.
