Money help: How much $$ does Help.com need… - Help.com

It’s VERY user friendly in my opinion.
I don’t need any more pictures or graphics at all.
It’s a help page — not a leisure facility.

It doesn’t. It needs CBS interactive to actually get of their ***** and maintain their website properly. They have more than enough money they just don’t care. But you know what? despite it’t flaws and the occasional crash here and there, I don’t care. Help.Com is an amazing place and nothing needs to be changed to make it any better. It’s perfect just the way it is.

I’ll give it to charity instead.

I didn’t know they had backers I thought it was a voluntary thing.

It is it’s completely voluntary, but the highest permissions you can get is being a moderator. Only CBS can actually edit the site itself.

Help.com need…To revamp the interface

If you want lots of graphics, videos, and all the rubbish which clutters up ones screen, then I suggest you go back to YouTube or Twitter, and leave Help.com as it is.
Help.com and all the volunteer helpers try to help as much as they can on a site which is perfectly OK thanks.

no need to be a P**k - I was just seeing if they needed a contribution - the interface is buggy and could do with an update.

I didn’t mean terminator 2 graphics - just menu updates etc.

I’m a long-term user - just trying to improve the site!

I’m happy with the way it is and find it very user friendly already and I don’t think CBS needs money they are filthy rich

If Help.com don’t need the money, I do and I will kindly reciprocate :)

I am sure you would spend it wisely..

I am sure you will find a needy organization - animal welfare, the homeless, children’s charities, cancer research, mental health, and many many more that would put it to good use.

I think that your offer to help HELP.com is wonderful…Very very thoughtful.
