Pogo is a great entertainment..However, Pogo’s customer service is, indead, poor. Cannot get the info I need on the billing side. Cannot get help with the phone line, either…No..I’m frustrated. AOL is a royal pain in you know where. They censure my comments in the blogs because the pissants cant stand negative comments, for instance, “when can I expect a refund for programming that I pay for lost due to the writers strike”. Or “let them stay on strike so some new talent can replace the garbage on TV”. When I try to contact them to yell at someone about free speech it proves to be impossible.I am done with them. As soon as I can find another internet provider that will not insult me, I will drop AOL and not look back. They are jerks, and could care less about you as an individual Thank you, Bruce.

When I sign in I’ve been getting another sign in screen approx.1×5 saying sign in peters 3787. When I do that it says my password is invalid and my access will expire in 33 days. I’ve had the same password for a long time and have not had any trouble till the last 6 months. I had the cable co. out on the 2nd and now have a bundle package with internet,TV and phone.

I know exactly how you feel. i have been trying to get help changing my password also. they tell you to log onto your email account to finish the process, but you cannot log on without a password. are you having the same problem? if anyone out there knows the phone number to aol please share.

Because I have my house phone to ring on my cell phone if someone is on the internet so that the person calling does not get a busy signal and I don’t have to log off to answer the phone. aol live help is a myth, i’m guessing. the account update form asks way too much information. they even ask you to validate your email address and password, right next to the disclaimer that they will never ask you for your screenname and password. the phone call is an exercise in exasperation and self control. and they just debited my account for september payment. the same account they have been debiting for almost 5 years. but somehow my information is invalid.

Aol has just recently changed the format, which is fine as long as Im not getting charged more.

Line keeps getting disconnected. give them a call and they keep you waiting for 30 minutes atleast. and then when you speak to them there is a language barrier.

Very much hard work and not worth your money. 24 mb download speeds they told me. the max i can get is 5mb..

The worst thing tho is the disconnection issuses. they try and pass the buck and blame it on your equipment and ask you to replace certain cables/adaptors.

10yrs been with them too so you’d think they would be more considerate to a long term member. but no. all they want is your money and for nothing
