Im a 16 year old girl with bad anxiety.
i’ve been dealing with it for a very long time. i also started at a new school which has made it worse. im starting to have physical problems with it too (fuzzy head feeling, twitching muscles, “choking feeling”, body aches….) i went to see a psychiatrist and she gave me Celexa, i had a bad reaction and quit it immediately (racing heartbeat, itchyness). i went back to my psychiatrist and she gave me Zoloft, i took it last night, i felt okay until i started having twitching muscles worse that i usually do, i also was a bit itchy, it made me have many bad dreams. i woke up this morning and felt kinda nauseous and very dizzy, i also felt really cold. as i was leaving for school my mom saw me and said that i couldnt go, she said i look awful and was worried that i would pass out. so i stayed home today. but the one plus is that this “fuzzy headed feeling” has gone away! for the first time in weeks, my mood actually feels okay. should i stay on this stuff or get off of it. i also think that i am going to see a different psychiatrist, i dont really like this one. i am also gonna start going to counseling.
