Baggy eyes..?

I’m 15. I get plenty of sleep, I’m not stressed, and I’m generally quite healthy. But about a week and a half ago I started getting REALLY dark circles under my eyes. They’re fairly noticeable and I just want them gone. They make me look like I’ve gone days without sleeping.

So, how? :c
WhatdoIdo.

Make sure you’re drinking plenty of water, this can help. Cold wet tea bags on your closed eyes for a few minutes will help too. Good luck.x

Do you use a pillow? That sounds silly, but I don’t, and that can cause more eye bagginess. Bagginess is fluid under your eyes, so lying flat is actually what causes it.

For a more thorough response, seriously consider searching on “goaskalice.com”. It’s run by the columbia health services department, and had a lot of good information. I remember reading about eye bagginess there.

Peace.

That’s odd. x) I never use a pillow, actually, though I do drink tons of water.
I guess I’ll start using one and see if I see a difference, as well as the tea bag trick. Thanks!
