computer help: How do I contact AOL by e-mail? - Help.com

hello I just received internet services high speed through aol/att. I would like to know if you do wireless internet. I have a wireless card in my laptop. What else do i need to go wireless? How much is it a month?

When computer is turned on there appears the following message thah we wish to remove; computer is in use and has been locked. only pc2004/ferd goewert or an adminstrater can unlock this computer.windows home addition.they also asked for a pass word which we dont have.

I have a problem with email recieved. It contains no date, no email address, no subject. Plus unable to reply or forward also unable to open attachments. Pleeeeease HELP Me. I have been unable to reach ANYONE by phone. This has been going on for 2 weeks. Pleeeease help me!!!!! MY aol payments are pd.by Visa every month yet I cannot contact you no matter how I try. My beef with AOL is that they block emails to other places such as Netscape. Who appointed you as judge jury and excecutioner of all email addresses

What happened to the free calendar service?

I purchased a brand new computer in August and picked up one of your AOL 9.0 VR for Vista. I am supposed to be on a 90 day free trial; however, you billed me on 8/08/07. Please credit my account for the $25.90 you charged. Thank you

I am Eddie Entendencia, I called aol about cancelling my Account. A few months ago I fixed my computer and needed the aol software. I downloaded the software but instead of clicking existing customer I created another screen name by accident. I thought that because I didn’t proceed that It would not charge me. I saw charges from july. I called then but it was not cancelled and I didn’t stay on the phone long enough to get the confirmation number. On 09/02/2007 at 2:17pm I called and spoke with a customer service representative named Gary and I explained in detail what happened. He then told me that it would be cancelled and he would request for a refund of the two months that were charged to my account. Why is that? he Cancelled everything and gave me a Cancellation # 257466014-20070902203839. and also said that I would not be charged anymore. I was charged again on 09/04/2007 for the amount of $25.95. With that charged I was Charged $25.00 more by my Bank. (OVERDRAFT FEE$25.00). This is TWO days after I cancelled and again your charging me. I handle all of my Bills accordingly and now got charged because what was suppose to be cancelled is apparently not. I want My $77.70 and the Bank Charge of $25.00 a Total of 102.70, Deposited back into My Bank Account or I will call the Better Business Bureau and contact the Web Master about this Situation. Please Call me at (808)375-4878. I want this matter taken care of RIGHT NOW. Don’t confuse my existing account for the one I am Canceling because the one that i mistakenly put together, I don’t even know the Screen Name or the Password.

I lost my email

I had aol for 3yrs and changed to comcast but keep my aol.com email but I lost it about aweek ago can you help me get back

AOL has made it so you cannot E-Mail them anymore, you either have to go to live help or call them when you have a probelm like tech support, that SUCKS, They also did away with The Download Center (wallpapers & screensavers) which I liked cause they used to check for viruses. AOL you really do suck, STOP taking servies away if you want to keep customers you fools!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Startup to microsoft is quick. then the wait begins, at times as much as 45 mins. with having to reboot as much as 3 time before the aol shield appears at top of screen. now i wait as much as 45 mins at times before the rectangle with the aol
Security and safety appears, still waiting for for the loading of firewall,virus protection, spyware/adware goes through its process. now i wait for the small blue
Shield to turn green. it seems this is a real problem with aol, even at times another rectangle will appear stating aol loading. i never had this problem until a month or two ago. i have done virus scans to no avail, i have fragmented , and compacted c drive, still aol will not come on, and the rebooting my computer begins up to 3 time before aol begins to allow me to get on your website.

I have entered an additional email address (j and b lending) in addition to my present email address (nonniefink) I want to make sure they didn’t eliminate my initial email address …… the email from aol states I have a new email address…please reply as soon as possible! i> small>(email removed) /small> /i>

buyersteve is absolutely correct….AOL sucks. Anytime you can’t get a hold of anyone it’s time to drop the service. What are they hiding????
Too many India employees? Not only that, they look and read like FOX “noise”…..no surprise there.
