well i am a single working mother of 3.
i have a 10 yr old, 7 yrs and a 9 month old baby. i work at a travel agency here in las cruces new mexico. my issue is a vehicle. i do not have good credit. i live check to check, making it impossible for me to save any money. ive contacted a few talk shows and also tried to find help on the internet,when finally i just typed help.com. me and my children usually rely on public transportation. which is fine. however,2 weeks ago, my two oldest children (and 2 other children) were approached my a stranger who threatened their lives. the school officials and the local police have been helpful…but this person has still not been found. my children are scared for their lives and in our school district if you live within a mile of the school, there is no bus.ive had friends take them to school, however, that only lasts so long. there is also problems getting my children to the doctor when they are sick, and my oldest (10) has severe asthma. so we have to go often..there is just so many issues….my point is….i am not looking for a free mercedes or cadillac or something… i just want to know if there is anyone out there that has ANY info about “donated cars” ive tried all the websites ive found but i havent found anyone able to help me… there is some cities in the U.S. that have these programs for low income working families,,however, my city or any surrounding cities, do not. if anybody that reads this knows ANYTHING, anything at all, my children and i would GREATLY appreciate it.
