I cant get anything done.

I’ve been trying and trying. I’ve started all kinds of little projects. Dishes, laundry, fixing something to eat… I get 3/4 into the first step (generally pulling everything apart) and then, on to the next one. I feel like I’m spinning out of control and I can’t get a grip on it. Its been a couple of weeks. I feel utterly helpless…

“If you want something you have to work for it or you don’t get it” that’s what my dad and mom always told me.

What I kinda mean is if your bored, work for something you want, like a cool car or something.

Write a clear list out, prioritizing with most urgent going down to least.
Stay focused on the first job and only when that is complete you can start the next. Tick off each job as you go and try only set two or three for the day.

Set a time limit for each chore, and set your watch alarm. Give yourself 15 minutes and work as quickly as you can ’till that time is up. Then you can decide if you want to finish that chore, or work on the next one. Reset the alarm for 15 more minutes, and work as quickly as you can. Every hour take a 15 minute break, and reassess what you have finished, and what still needs work…start over from the beginning.
