Why isn’t there a wiki of HELP

A website where you can get help with anything.
Need a car trouble question.There it is.
Need a medical question.There it is.

If take into account the amount of subjects and knowledge that would go into a “wiki of everything” you soon discover why.

So many people come to help.com for medical advice.
Why not have a button you press for medical help.
Then type in say “knee hurts” and medical help pops up
about sore knees.

It sounds complicated and I am sure it is but there are very
smart people out there.
