iPhone / iPod Volume Help

So my volume rocker on the side of my phone is screwed. I can lower volume, but not raise volume. This is fine and dandy when I can increase/decrease volume through the settings page, but I decreased the volume on an app that I use with the volume rockers and now I can’t increase it. Any way to work around this until I get my phone to a repair shop?

Which version of the iPhone. If you double tap the button and slide it to the right, it give you controls for the iPod. Those work with most apps, but you’ve probably already tried that.
