I am unable to redeem any rewards to enter sweeps, etc.

It keeps saying “Must be a U.S. resident”, and my profile obviously identifies me as a US resident. I know I would not win anything anyway, but what is the use of getting the bonus points if you can’t use them?

I have no clue what you are talking about.

Why don’t you start at the beginning, like include what bonus points and what is saying you are not getting them?
