You can refinance your house and consolidate your bills. Contact me if you’re interested.

You can consolidate by refinancing, however that is not what caused the problem. If you consolidate without fixing the root of the problem you will only do more damage because you will have twice the debt. I only recommend refinancing when you have delt with some other issue you have. Refi’ing and consolidation will give you some breathing room but it is not the final answer. I own a mortgage company and do financial planning for a living. If you would like to talk about some of your options and develop a long term plan to stay out of financial bondage e-mail me at (email removed).

I was just checking on new posts and ran across this. H.E.L.P for all PEOPLE. After reading their profile I thought that I would check out their web site that they have. This is a WARNING about this site. I have never seen a Foundation setup this way before. The first thing that cough my eye was that they are on a free web hosting site, so I looked up their domain name, and their not registered with any listing. Now I looked at their statements and everything that a foundation supposed to have is missing. Theres no name, address, phone # of the founder. Theres no license form Local, State or Government offices for them to operate. They have no letters of recommendation form local Churches or Chamber of Commerce offices nor are they registered with their local Chamber of Commerce. Now heres the best one of all, I looked at their application and it scares me to think that gullible people would fill this thing out thinking that they will get help. They want every bit of information about each person and their spouse, not to forget that they want the SS# of each. WARNING THIS SITE IS A FRAUD. Theres not Privacy statement theres no security level of encryption when filling and transmitting your personal information. What do they do with your information when your done. The questions are keyed to locate and find your records and personal information on each applicant. Its a PHISHING SITE if you have sent any information to this site you need to change all of your passwords and notify your banks and others that you have possibly sent all of your personal information to a non licensed Foundation and your personal Identity might be compromised. If your are legitimate Foundation you need to get all of the licenses, Recommendations, Domain names and Web sites and security done before you advertise that you can help someone. As I stated earlier this is a WARNING about this site, and I hope that anyone that sent their personal information to them, are not worse off than when they started. Hope this helps :-)

Well I see that I have a response, but its not the one that I expected. I expected you to answer the main questions. Is this a Licensed Foundation, where is your Certificate to operate a Foundation, where are the names, addresses, phone#’s of the Foundation members? These records are public domain and need to be posted. Are you certified to be taking peoples personal information mainly their SS# and what is the privacy policy of you Foundation, what do you do with all of those SS#;s when you are done? The questions keep going on and on. Heres the problem I posted a Waring about giving out personal information to a non licensed Foundation and expected to see the answers but instead you revert to calling names, so be it. Now I am worried for those 600 families that you have all of their personal information as you quoted, “I have helped over 600 familys in the conected United States.”. If banks and government offices can be hacked and private information stolen what makes you think that you have the skills to stop it, you have none of the safety measures in place. So I will continue to post my Warning about this site and for people not to give out their personal information especially their SS# so freely. If you need help check out the legitimate Foundations that could help that have security protection for personal information also a legal policy statement on what they will do with the information that they receive. Hope this helps :-)
