hi fixitdude - do you mean that you can’t display help.com on your monitor correctly based on how we have formatted the page? or is it that you have a technical problem?

video games will not play . some do some dont! thay have in the past. all i get is can not display in this video mode. have done all the updates checked all i know what to do. video card is a gfx 5500.

Try each in this order:

1) Reinstall video drivers, lastes from NVIDIA
2) Reinstall the game
3) Contact the game Publisher for tech support
4) (IF ALL ELSE FAILS) Reinstall your OS and then game from scratch
