What’s wrong with me?

I suffer from severe depression, which I’m on meds for but I don’t think they are working. I also suffer from panic/anxiety attacks which I also take meds for. I have really bad outburst that even scare me. I think everyone is against me or out to hurt/get me in some way. I’m paranoid everyone is talking about me. All I want to do is hide away and cry. I am about to see a mental health worker but I’m seeking help every where I can find it.
What’s wrong with me? :’(

I hear you loud and clear. I have the same problem on a day to day basis. . . .Just wish I had a solution that actually worked.

However, about the meds? Go talk to your doctor. Don’t keep taking them if they’re not working right.

Nobody is out to get you. You are just too nervous and need to learn how to relax. Maybe take a yoga class. Tell the doctor your meds don’t work can you try something else.

I have been to the doctor quite alot about my meds he has changed it about 6 times with different doses and still nothing I think that’s also why he is referring me to a mental health worker. As for yoga I would love to try something like that but physical I can’t do as I have slight injuries that haven’t healed and arthritis and I’m only 25. So that restricts me from doing to many physical activities which is really hard as I have a four year old son that is very active and sporty which is sad when i can’t join him in what he likes to do.
