What happened that caused both kittens to die on the same day at 6 months of age?

stop listening to sad songs, do something that you enjoy, talk about your kittens to your friends, create a little shrine for the kittens at home and do something pleasent to celebrate the life they did have on every anniversary. You need time to greive.

Nothing you can do but grieve and pray (if you are religious). When my pet died I was hysterical for a while, it got better with time, I doubt there is any ready-made fix for grief.

Do you really think of your kittens as THINGS that won’t come back?

Did you get the kittens any shots when they were younger? Seems strange that two of them would just drop off like that unless you ran over them in the driveway or something.

Death is a part of life, and so is the grief that follows it. Sit through it and experience it, so that when death reappears you’ll be ready for it.
Also, sad piano and violin doesn’t help.
