You know how to get help for the phyical withdrawal, like nicotine patches, it’s the routine you need to break. Try to think of something that suits you that you can do instead of the action of smoking, like chewing gum. An incentive always helps, like I wanted to quit by the time my little girl was born. Definately worth it, perserve and you’ll succeed!
