i’m confused about so many things.

my feelings are so intense i can’t tell whether to laugh, cry, or scream. im heart is pounding and my mind is racing. i feel so inspired to do, at the same time, i feel like i’ve missed my chance. i feel nostalgic.

how old are you and what are you feeling nostalgic about? have you tried talking to someone about this…it sounds like it would be a good idea to, whether that be talking to a friend, family member or even a therapist or someone of the like…hope your ok 3

Help me with: I have a bit of an eating problem…About 18 months ago I became really depressed, which lasted for about 6-9 months
