school help: I feel stressed. - Help.com

I feel stressed.

I have a big project coming up, I have a lot of homework, and I keep losing things even though I’m a fairly organized person .The stress is hurting me so much, that it’s beginning to effect my health. Any ideas on how to relive stress?

hug a koala :) except maybe don’t because koala’s are fkn insanely violent & are known to attack savagely without provocation, so…hug a panda bear instead :D Or idk playing bloody video games works for me sometimes.

When you are working on the project take regular breaks and do something else - maybe go for a run, have a shower, flick through a magazine, listen to a little music, make your parents a snandwich - anything where are aren’t sat at the desk looking at all the work. Do one hour then take a 10 minute break, then another hour and break, and keep working it like that until you find that you are no longer clock watching and are into the project.
Also, draw up a daily checklist of “to do’s” and tick things off as you go along, it is very motivating and encouraging and breaks down all homework and assigments into easy to handle chunks.
