girl help: Why do I make a mark on the seat everytime I sit down ? - Help.com

Does it look like a sweat mark? Or other kind of mark?

I’m not to sure tho its there everytime I sit down and its really embarassing in school :S please help

I’m not sure what this might be. I think the most likely explanation is sweat…however, it might be worth telling an adult you trust and visiting the doctor. It is very likely to be nothing to worry about at all. I would visit your doctor just to make sure. It could also be related to a bladder infection or an unusual amount of discharge from your ‘private area’.
You could try using a panti-liner in your pants to see if that helps?
You could try wearing tights and a skirt and make sure it covers your whole bottom before you sit.
If it is sweat, there are some feminine deodorants you can get for keeping things fresh and dry in that area. Don’t use normal, under arm deodorant- it’s a special deodorant you’ll need.
Go along to the docs an don’t worry!
