months help: I’m 16 and a hardcore soccer player. - Help.com

I’m 16 and a hardcore soccer player.

I play almost everyday and I really enjoy the game. However, I’ve been having a problem over the past 2 months. Whenever I play in a real game, I get really bad shin splints like 5 minutes into the game. I’m thinking it might be my socks or shin guards that’s causing the problem. At practice (not wearing socks or shin guards) I am able to run fine without any problems. So what do you guys think? Thank you in advance. Cheers.
