Sun.

Both my mother and my grandfather have psoriasis. I have a small chance to get it too.
Sun and beach always did the trick for my mother. On the summer it would almost go away (there would be some scabs in the elbows and scalp but that was about it) and in the winter it would get a lot worse. Upon moving to another country, for some reason my mother’s psoriasis went away completely, and every time she went on vacations to her home country it would come back, so I guess the environment plays a big role.

She had regular appointments in a dermatologist and he would always prescribe a special (expensive as hell) shampoo and a pomade that was made in the pharmacy. They helped a lot during winter. There was also available UV ray treatments for those that wanted them. My grandfather on the other hand didn’t want to get it treated, so his whole body was full of scabs. However, when he tried that pomade my mother had, it helped him a lot!

You should really see a dermatologist, they can help you with it!
