Yes, I have many tips.

These are the easy ones:

1. First off - increase your water intake.

It really does help you lose weight and keep it off. If you drink 8 glasses a day (equivalent to 4 bottles of 500ml water) you will immediately lose around 2 lbs in water weight, if not more. The more water you drink, the less water your body has to absorb from other things.

2. Drink lemon water.

It will aid in your weight loss, while helping to rid your body of the toxins you ingest, not only that, it helps give you radiant skin.
Lemons are the ****.

3. Add less salt to things.

Avoid pickles and really salty foods. Avoiding processed foods all together is a good idea, as this is what contributes to the ever growing cellulite problem that pretty much everyone has.

These ones will take a little more effort

4. Eat more protein.

You can find safe and healthy protein shakes, or just eat natural proteins found in a variety of beans, chicken, turkey, eggs, tuna and white fish. The high omega content in the fish and eggs will also benefit your system and give it a healthy boost, shinier hair and again, nicer skin.

5. Replace unhealthy foods you would regularly eat with veggies and fruit.

This also spikes your metabolism. A high intake of these will curb your appetite, keep your energy levels stable because your body is meant to break down fruit and veggies (as opposed to high sugar processed foods which spike your sugar levels and shock your system)

6. Exercise. Women get larger as they get older, and were all getting older. Find the exercise you like and make it a habit now. Even 30 minutes a day, or an hour 3 times a week, will keep your system in good health.

Find some activities that you like that require exercise, like joining an outdoor club that goes on hiking trips, or an intermural sports team. This will be fun, and will add exercise to your schedule in a way that you want to follow up with. If you have the motivation, start going to a gym. Cardio health is important! You can start getting new music or audiobooks to listen to while you work out - this will help the time fly by, and if you listen to audio books while you do it, you will be productive at 2 things at once! Be active, but find a way to make it fun. That is the best way to form a routine that you can stick to.

Also, regarding eating healthy, find a few good meals that you enjoy that are also healthy. Trying to cut things out is not nearly as much fun (or easy) as preparing things you enjoy. So focus on finding 5 meals that you can make that are well balanced, and keep those ingredients in stock, and then you can eat them more often. Cut out snacks if you can - they add up!

It was last New Year’s when I decided to lose weight. I was 318 pounds and couldn’t even look in a mirror. One day I was in a store buying food and a child came up to me and poked my belly and asked me when my baby was going to come. The worst part of that experience was that I was a guy lol. Anyways after 2-3 months of taking useless diet pills and ab monster machines and all that crap I was reading online and came across a program called Truth About Abs. I still remember the site where I read the review at http://boyels.com . After reading that I started following it of course, I couldn’t help it; it was so compelling and addicting. I must say it was probably the best choice in my whole life. 8 months late I’m 212 pounds with a visible 4 pack of abs (working on the 6 pack lol). I still use the program today and I tell you the main thing is to never give up and always push yours further then the day before because while others sleep, we are running.
