Something I do for extra finances: Invest in craft supplies and sell things at any local markets… or simply on the street. Howver, that sort of makes me feel like a drug dealer or something… so I avoid that. Anyway, painting supplies for example: you dont have to be a great artist to make purchase-worthy art. A man once made a pretty large sum of money selling a white canvas with a single red circle in the middle. If I remember correctly.. a Japanese man bought it due to its resemblance to his countrys flag. I’ve made at most.. around 500$ off of a single sold very amature painting. Also, once I invested some money in chainmail rings, made a vest and sold it to a local reinactor…. for around 800$

Basicly the gist of my post: Be creative, motivated and make sellable items. All you need is the willpower and knowlege (easily provided by the internet)

I don’t believe money in and of itself will cure everything that is upsetting you at this point in time. Please try and seek medical help for depression. Then do what ever you can to stay busy. If you can make money staying busy, so much the better. Don’t think you are above flipping burgers at Burger King if they are hiring. It’s not about the money. It’s about getting back to having self worth.
Last week was so seven days ago. Let it go. That really isn’t you. It’s the disease called depression talking. As a qualified doctor you already know this.

I know that acupuncture works… but I need to know how to get from where I am to where I want to be… I need a JOB and I need a sounding board which this is….
I know now that my dreams are just that dreams so as I sit here next to my husband with tears…. I know I will never have kids or my office or anulything.

Hey stop being overwhelmed by very big goals. I understand being a MD is important for you. But you need to focus on the goal in your hand. If you do so you will be lesser worried and hopefully you will became a MD sooner or later. But for sure you will lead a satisfying & happy life.

All the best
