Improve posture to perfect, healthy diet, don’t smoke….you’ll be as tall as you genetically can be…?

Alternatively, you could purchase some stilts/high heels/middle age stretching equiptment

are you brianna? if not sorry but my friend brianna has the same problem, midget and a jr. in highschool. we’ve found elementary kids taller than her!

Naaaaa, different people like different things. One persons short is an others tall. Just be happy being you and others will do the same. :)

5′4″ is not short for a woman.

I’m 5′3″ and I never thought of myself as short.

But if it makes you feel better, you can try high heeled or platform shoes. There are lots of cute styles available for women.

Look, I have bad news for you, there have been recent posts on this. I was being sarcastic because, and here’s the news you aren’t going to accept; YOUR HEIGHT IS DETERMINED ALMOST ENTIRELY BY THE HEIGHT OF YOUR PARENTS.

My parents are tall though.. Maybe I’m adopted :O

Most girls have finished growing taller by the time they are 18. Boys may continue until about 22 years.

I’m a girl and I’m 5′4 and most of my friends are around my height or slightly taller either way I’ve never been called short! though having a few more years to grow and your parents being tall probably means you’ll have growth spurt!

your height can be a curse or it can be a gift, those are not my words they are from a friend of mine (pete) 26 4.1ft and wheelchair bound he also went on to complain about how small people could walk past 49 unconcerning people who say nothing then 1 person says somthing height related and they spend all day tutting and swearing about that one person.

yes school is cruel, but that said the only one that has a problem with your height is yourself and if its somthing you can’t change there is no point wasting energy thinking about it.

and i’ll say this, john never struggles with women :)

i have a 17yr find whos 4ft 8 a 23yr friend whos 5ft 1 beeing short is nothink bad pluse good things comes in small packets :)

You could move to Mexico, they sell steroids and HGH (human growth hormones) over the counter. I think with the right combination you could become the incredible hulk…

I am super short so im jealous.

My brother is 9″ taller than me and my sister is an inch taller. I am the EXACT same size as my dad. My mom was 5′8″. Why am I so small is what I always thought. Until I started wearing my dads clothes.

hahaha, i was always tiny, like in middle school looked like i was in kindergarten O.o but last year had a growth spirt and shot up, im only 5′3 yet i feel sooo much taller. 5′4 isnt that short, hey your bigger than me :)

Yeah you’ve just got to be healthy. If your body is meant to get taller it will in it’s own time just don’t do anything which could prevent it. OR get one of those really tall coats and stand on someone’s shoulders.:)

You can’t do much about your height, unless you put yourself in one of them medieval stretching rack machines and get someone to crank it up to your required length!(LOL) but seriously, just walk tall and straight and wear mostly one colour all the way through, so, top - navy, trousers - navy and wear healed boots perhaps. Oh and wear your hair as high as you can without it looking ridiculous, X

You can try ‘the Rack’ which was used to extract information from some pore sap, however with slightly less aggressive use may help make one taller,
