Well, allergies to medication can present themselves in a variety of ways. One way would be a rash or hives which itch a lot. Another way would be your tongue swells up so much that you can’t breath and you need hospitalization. This is known as asphyxiation. If you haven’t had an allergy to any of the ingredients in this particular med or meds similar in nature you are probably fine.

im not sure what other products contain it, the product im using now is “zarbees all-natural nighttime cough & sleep drink” So its got ingredients other products might not use.

OK, well if you have no known allergy to any of the ingredients in this particular brand of medication than you are probably OK to take it.

How to know if your allergic to medicine? K so, my sister got me medicine because i have a cold, it has elderberry extract in it. I know your all probably thinking just take the freaking medicine, but im paranoid ok! LOL! I dont recall ever taking anything with elderberries in it before, and im almost afraid to take it because i dont know what my allergies are…:\ Grr.
