i followed this recipe that got almost perfect ratings(over 700+ ratings in total) and it was a huge fail. waaaay too sweet, and i didn’t even ad the topping(more sugar, ugh). i thought i had messed up, but nope. i was looking forward to it too, just mad i have to chuck it. :\

I know what that’s like…I’ve had it happen to me. I don’t go by ratings now. Instead, I read at least a half dozen reviews by others who have already tried the recipe. Keep in mind that the people who concoct the recipes sometimes enlist the help of family/friends to give the recipe a good rating so ratings don’t always mean what they represent.
