i found t pigeon in the street and now he is sleeping but then enetr in deep sleeping
i wake himn but donst and stileele
sound he she is sick
or can pigon sleep like that?

Maybe it’s an older pigeon. :) I have an older cockatiel and he sometimes sleeps a lot. I woke him up about 2 hours ago today and he was full of energy, talking and singing….now he is fast asleep with his face in his food dish! :) He is 12 years old and he takes a lot of naps.

If you are worried, can you call a veterinarian that specializes in reptiles and birds? They are good about giving advice over the phone here. I took in a pigeon with a broken wing once and they told me the proper way to set it and how to tend to the bird until it healed. :)

Also, we have a place to take sick or injured birds where they can be treated for free and then released back into nature.
