and it ruins my relationships.. and I’ve finally found someone I can see myself being with forever and I’m so afraid I’m going to mess it up

You are insecure within yourself. You do not trust and love yourself and that’s why you cannot trust and love the other person. You cannot love others before loving yourself. I am exactly the same but I am working on finding my positives.

if your scared your going to lose them then you probably will. i used to be the same way. you will do anything to keep them and thats what drives them away be upfront about your fear with them and if they dont except it then move on. but just be yourself and try to get over the fear i know it sucks but time will fix it i am not scared my guy will leave me it really does just take time
