Go for walks and stop overeating. 45 lbs isnt impossible to loose, so after the holidays make it a point to eat right and exercise….

what’s wrong? lazy, depressed, sad, unmotivated - Now is the time to decide, 45 more pounds next year? or a change for the better? it’s only your choice, no one else matters - i faced this last year, butt, gut and thighs wayy too big - wayy, so I started with free gym classes and doing what i could, took a minute but i started to enjoy it - well, this Christmas, i’m down 12 pounds. And my spirit is a little better, ups and downs but I can stand to look at myself and smile without running to the refrigerator to make me feel better. I eat salads, still too heavy on the dressing, and roasted chicken and fish a lot - small meals. Definitely leave the pasta and bread and butter alone. I walk, started on half a block, now I can walk a couple miles if i want, usually just walk til i feel like turning around … anyway, you can fix You. And only You can do it. Now have yourself a Happy New Year! And just eat half or a third of what you use to! Oh, drink plenty of water too, maybe with lemon -
