Serial Number Contains a character, 3 times, that isn’t even on my keyboard.
Can’t Install, new boxed version. Previously had WP 9, misplaced disk.
Help, please. Directory Assistance doesn’t even have a phone number for the MN address. There’s no way to contact when you can’t even install.

The strange character looks like an o or zero with a diagonal through it.
