Do you mean Malwarebytes anti-malware? In that case, no not really. Malwarebytes is awesome for removal and runs very quietly. And you really do need virus protection, so whatever you have will suck up computer resources. I personally prefer Avast antivirus, but it works pretty much just the same, and there’s not a huge performance sucking difference.
