Ideas help: Does anyone know why my Sims 3 on PC keeps freezing? - Help.com

Does anyone know why my Sims 3 on PC keeps freezing?

The base game & expansions are all compatible with my laptop, & I have a LOT of RAM (I specifically bought a gaming laptop). They worked just fine on my other laptop which is the exact same as this one (it crashed so the shop replaced it). Any ideas?

Well obviously. Quite often, my game freezes or is very slow if I have been using the internet for a while. Whenever I want to play it, I restart my laptop, then play.
