You need to change it BIG time.

As a man you need to be eating atleast 2500 calories a day.

Most people are under the impression that the less you it the more weight you will lose, well, yes and no.

Yes eventually you will start to shed the pounds but it will be in a very unhealthy weigh, it will affect your health and your stamina (with anything) it could affect your fertility.

You are eating kind of the right things but in the wrong amounts, you say salad but why without meat? I know it is not because you are vegetarian because you had ham for lunch.

Meat is actually important and more so when with high protein, also red meat is not good for a diet so eating ham is probably getting you no where.

I would suggest, chicken and fish.
Grilled not fried or with added things (like from a frozen pack)
Try to buy fresh and prepare yourself.

Try roasted vegetables, pasta and fresh fruit.

You can also snack on nuts and dried fruits, ones that are natural and not ready salted or sweetened.

You should be eating 3 large meals a day, fill the plate with the salad, add grilled chicken.

Try to avoid red meats, butter, bread and potatoes, also potatoes you can have but would suggest a small amount a couple of times a week.

Always grill your food, a foreman grill is handy to have.

Make up snack bags of shopped fruit and veg that you can keep in the fridge and have to hand.

Never feel guilty for feeling hungry, your body is telling you something so listen to it, it doesn’t mean you need to binge on fries and chocolate, moderation of the bad things is ok so having a block of chocolate after the evening meal is nothing to punish yourself about.

Drink plenty of water and find out the ’speed foods’ there are foods out there that help the body burn off fat, one I know of is grapefruit, eating half a grapefruit before any meal helps your body burn it off faster.

Also, hunger and thirst can often get confused, if you feel hungry check first to see if you are thirsty or even board.

Huh.. what are you trying to achieve?
I am 181cm and 61 kg, sometimes 59kg : (
I tried to increase my weight with increasing the quantity and quality of the food but no result. Everyone is saying that it depends on my metabolism. But if you want to lose some wight try my current regime:
1. 6:00-7:00 am - a very huge breakfast (chocolates, yogurt, milk with cornflakes)
2. 11:00am - fruits
3. 2:00pm - meat meal + bread and salad
huh, and that’s all. Forget about having dinner at all. And another thing that always helps - try to get as less sleep as possible. Sleeplyness always is helping in losing kilos.
