Are you looking for answers about problems with your AOL service?

I’d like to recommend that you ask AOL directly since they are best suited to help you.

For AOL support, you can visit the AOL support site or even call them at an AOL toll free number.

I should call the suicide hotline and ask if they have any interesting true stories.

The LAST person you want to talk to is someone at AOL, unless you are calling to get an address so your lawyer can sue them. I think the suicide Helpbot just gets tripped every time it sees the blinking skull and crossbones on a post.

I fought an epic battle of life or death… and Won.

Yesterday morning I noticed my computer went BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH on startup, my first reaction was, “Well it’s not a computer part error so it might be a virus” So I launched it up in safe mode and looked through the processes which started up on boot, one was a little more suspicious from the others so I went to it’s directory and I noticed, Theres nothing in it! My first conclusion was, It must be one of those stupid virus’s which make directories invisible, so I deleted the directory. I then did a quick scan and it found alureon.a on my computer, my anti-virus was being a loser and went “Sorry we cant remove this one” turns out the virus jumps from place to place or some crap like that, anywho I went through my regestry and deleted anything which seemed out of the ordinary (funny thing is, they virus actually named its registry file with the word VIRUS so it was pretty easy to find it), then I kept getting some incoming attack from some IP in russia, it kept going up by 1 port, I blocked the IP in my firewall then deleted then fixed the infected system file. I looked online a little and picked up TDSSKiller.exe and that wiped out the virus pretty effectively.
And the virus convinced me to finally delete some unnessessary crap around my computer, like, old pirated games, and season 1-2 of Adventure Time with Finn and Jake.

Anyways, whats the worst computer virus you’ve ever had? The worst I’ve had was this really annoying one which disabled my anti virus’s, made the computer go slow, disabled task manager, randomly shut down explorer.exe, and a whole ton of other things including invisible directories and moving.
