So, I asked my boyfriend a question and after about 20 min he didn’t respond.

I was like okay it’s cool, he’s prob busy. So, I then said “Ur prob busy so I’ll let you go b/c I’m gonna leave in a lil bit. Good Night :)”…If he messages me 2marow and doesn’t explain what happened and doesn’t respond to the txt should I ask him what happened last night or just pretend like it didn’t happen?

You could always bring it up as a joke the next time you speak and see what he says; “btw, I still haven’t forgiven you for ignoring me last night! ;P” or something. I tend to suggest not letting one incident get to you too much. Like, if tomorrow everything is ok, then yeah, great, forget about it. But if tomorrow things are weird, you can ask him if something is up :)

were you talking before and then asked the q in the middle of the conversation?
if so thats annoying when ppl just dont respond in the middle of a conversation, but maybe it was a personal q and he wasnt ready to answer it

I wouldn’t let it worry you too much, unless the question is important to you and you value his answer. But I understand how it can make your mind wonder about the possibilities when someone chooses to avoid answering a question. You want to get to the bottom of why he didn’t answer, and that’s quite understandable. However, I wouldn’t press him for an answer or reason for not answering, as it tends to make matters worse.

So responded, but not really in the way I was thinking. I messaged him at 7pm and he doesn’t reply till 1am and what he replied was “Aww I was napping”.

At least now you know why there was a long delay. :)
