how can i help my friend?

my best friend isn’t fat, but she thinks that she is!!
she decided to do a diet, but now she isn’t eating anything… i sent her articles about bulemia, I told her to start eating,but she thinks that she will get thinner if she doesn’t eat anything!! can u tell me what should I do to stop it? :(( please help

it can be hard to read a sign if it is not your native language, social conditioning’ is the number one reason image is such a virtual in human nature i think, we care so much what other people think we forget to look at our true self, if ‘looking good’ plays such a big role in our lives the mirror will always deceive us if what we see does not conform to what we think others see.
perhaps take a journey through self discovery and she will want to share that journey but you are a good friend and that is important, just being there for her can help.

U shUd get her to try on her older clothes as oppose to her smaller ones now. Dis worked for me & my friwnd wen i faced er in front of a mirror & she witnessed for herself how thin shed gotten
