I have a question about my iPhone.

Okay so I always download free apps from the app store and after a while it says to update them. Right now I have 28 apps that are to be updated but my question is, will it charge me for updating them? It doesn’t say that it charges you but it also doesn’t say that it doesn’t charge you. :o
