Define “eating healthy”.

One word, Beano. Buy stock in them, buy a case of it. Also, eating healthy doesnt stop gas, in fact, it COULD be the problem. Some of the healthiest foods cause gas. Brocolli causes LARGE amounts of gas. If youre lactose intolerent, milk/cheese can give you real bad gas. My advice is, grab a case of beano, and keep track of what you eat/when you get your worst gas, and take a couple then.

Lol. Let it all out. Out in the country we do it all the time. It (ain’t) nothing wrong with that.

Talk to your doctor. If its bad enough to drive multiple guys away, a dr. might be able to help you.

Better out than in I like to say lol. Perhaps the food your eating needs a little help such as Gas Ex. Sometimes eating healthy can cause gas this is a real situation. What I have heard is the more water you drink the more you regulate your system. Give water a try it may save you.
