Welcome to help.

It helps to help others and also helps to be not all there in the head.

38 qualifies as “youth”?

If you are a member… register so you’re not anonymous.

a) Youth is usually applied to people younger, a 50yr old person is in their youth compared to someone in their 80s

b) How do you know this person is not registered?
Anon can be registered and not registered.

I get both points though, I mean if you are going to introduce yourself to help as a new member you can not really be welcomed if no one knows who you are.
